isn't pampanga suppose to be the "italy" of the group. he's a great cook but his the weakest of all the province, and the source of problems even back in colonial times. how many rebellion from both america and spanish rule failed due to pampanga/pampanguenio?
Well, that's so ignorant of you. Saying that the Kapampangans are the source of problems back in Colonial Times. Mind giving us your basis as to why they are?
I seriously had enough of the kapampangans being called as traitors by the fellow Filipinos. I even saw a comment once that kapampangans are not Filipinos, but dogs, and that Pinatubo should have killed all living kapampangans because we're traitors and the reason why the Philippines is poor.
Okay, you didn't call us traitors, but you are blaming us as to why the revolutions against the colonizers failed. That, as a kapampangan, hurts me a lot. Watch your words next time.
I have seen people say that kapampangans should be ashamed of their history, since it shows their true colors, that they cannot be trusted. Was it because of the macabebe scouts? Because we gave Aguinaldo to the Americans?
Well, as of now, I'm stopping myself from releasing my kapampangan sentiments. I'm really sick of what people kept saying about us. Many other kapampangans actually deem themselves as Tagalogs because they hate being kapampangan, a classmate and some members of my family being some of them.
I still have so many things to say. Just, please, be open-minded and know how these words can hurt other people. This is the internet, and many people can see it. I'll just be giving you links as to what I want to say, because I still want my message across, though I think you won't be reading them.
Well, when I commented that, I just finished reading how other ethnolinguistic groups view us, which were all negative that I wanted to say how I feel. Its just me being straightforward and all that, and I'm sorry for calling you ignorant. I just hope people pay more attention to what they say.
I hope the hate towards us kapampangans disappear. Gloria just made things wors imo.
Aiyah!!!!!!!!!!! When I first saw this photo... I instantly clicked the favorite button! I love this! *hugs laptop* I love this! I love this! I love this! And the eight rays of the sun is here! I am so proud when I saw my province here. I became more proud because the provinces are getting appreciated here. Hahahah! I am so proud of them. Mou... I am excited for this! I can`t wait! XDDD
The Rayadillo right? The official uniform of the Republican troops of the First Republic AKA Malolos Congress. It actually first referred to the uniform of the Spanish colonial troops stationed here (and other colonies for that matter), but as soon as the 1896 revolution started, we started making our own designs based on the Norfolk jacket. I'm guessing the reason why Cavite is wearing them is because of the influence of Emilio Aguinaldo or Cavite being the home of the Kawit Troops (an "infamous"? Republican army unit/regiment); same goes as to why he's acting formally.
